In the case of customer support inquiries, inquiries are processed sequentially in the order in which they are submitted.
Also, depending on the squadder's spam/receipt blocking settings, the answer may not be confirmed, so be sure to check the [Spam] box.
[Resolution]
- Click "Spam" in the squadder's mail menu
- Check if there is a customer support reply mail in "Spam"
- Click Disable Spam for the e-mail.
