I can't download or run the game!
Installation and execution of the game may not be possible if it does not meet the conditions necessary to play the game. These cases include unstable network conditions, low OS version, minimum specifications, insufficient storage capacity, or the mobile phone's available memory (RAM). Please check the status of the network and the device again. If the installation and execution still do not work after checking, please contact the customer support with a detailed info about your current status.
How do I log out of my account?
In Time Defenders, logout is only possible when the accounts are linked, and guest account can only be withdrawn.You can log out from the account you are using by following the next steps: Access the game > Click the gearwheel in the upper right corner > Account > Click the "Logout" button.It is difficult to recover when the guest account is withdrawn, so please double check before proceeding withdraw.
I forgot the linked account!

My guest account has disappeared!
In Time Defenders, guest accounts can only be used on the device where the account info is stored.The guest account is a temporary account, and data stored on the mobile device may be deleted when the app (data, cookies) is deleted, reinstalled, logged out, or accessed with another account.Once you prove your account ownership by attaching a purchase receipt screenshot through the customer support, we can provide assistance to link the guest account to a desired platform only once per account.[C
