If illegal program use is confirmed through the reported inquiry, we will take action according to the Time Defenders operation policy.

It would be much appreciated if you attach a screenshot or video containing the account information of a user suspected of using illegal programs.

Please report it through the customer support with the contents of your confirmation and attaching screenshots/videos.

If attaching a video is restricted, including an URL address from personal blog/Youtube to the inquiry is also recommended.
