How do I withdraw/refund the purchased/paid product?

In the case of a product purchased by paying the payment through the market, it is possible to request withdrawal of subscription through 1:1 inquiry.

Please fill out all of the following info when submitting an inquiry through the customer support:


- Nickname / UID

- Server country name (or country of residence)

- Purchased product name

- Purchase receipt (please take a screenshot that shows the receipt number)


However, it is impossible to withdraw the purchase if more than 7 days from the date of purchase has passed, when the purchased product is opened and used, or for products that take effect immediately after purchase.
