The product is not paid due to an issue/error after payment (payment error/non-payment)

If you have purchased a product from the in-game store and have been charged, but the product is not paid or is not applied to your account, you can recover your payment by yourself through the following methods:


Access the game > Click the gearwheel in the upper right corner > Account > Game ID > Click Restore Transaction > Check the restore complete message > Check the purchase item in the mailbox


If the product is not paid after reconnection, please fill out the info below and submit an inquiry to the customer support.

Please fill out all of the following info when submitting an inquiry through the customer support:


- Nickname / UID

- Server country name (or country of residence)

- Purchased product name

- Purchase receipt (please take a screenshot that shows the receipt number)
