9. How can I withdraw/refund the item I have purchased?

If you have purchased an item by making a payment through the market, you will be able to request for a withdrawal through 1:1 inquiries.

However, if 7 days have passed after the purchase date or if you have used/opened the item already, you will not be able to withdraw your purchase. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw items that are activated or implemented immediately to your account.
