7. I have purchased a product from the Special Shop. Where can I find it?

Depending on the products you have purchased from the Special Shop, you will be able to find them in different locations. Please check the details below for more information.

▶ Products that are sent to your Inventory after purchases are completed (Ex: Small Transcendence Package, May’s Beginner Package, User Name Change Ticket)

- When purchasing a package, it is sent to your Inventory > Consumables. You will be able to obtain the items from the package once you open it.

- Items that are not in form of packages can also be found in Consumables.

▶ In-game currency that are sent to your account after purchases are completed (Ex: 5,000 Rubies, 10,000 Rubies II)

- Rubies, Mileage & Lua's Tokens will be sent to your account once you purchase Ruby products from the Special Shop. You will be able to check the in-game currency you have received through the Special Shop.

▶ Products that are activated and implemented on your account after purchases are completed (Ex: Attendance, Breakthrough Package, Small Inventory Expansion Ticket)

- Products that are implemented on your account such as the Attendance and the Breakthrough Package can be found through the Login, GROWTH icons on the left side of the screen.

- For items such as the Inventory/Storage Box Expansion Tickets, they will be implemented to your account immediately as soon as purchases are completed. The number of slots you have purchased will be added to your current number of slots.

- Please be reminded that withdrawal of products is not available for products that are activated and implemented to the account once the purchase is completed. We recommend you to check the details of purchase withdrawals before purchasing these products.
