Please note that inquiries are answered according to the order in which inquiries are received. You may not be able to check the response for your CS inquiry depending on your spam mail/reception block settings, so please make sure to check the [Spam] section in your mailbox.

[Solution]

- Click ‘Spam’ from the upper left menu

- Check whether you have received the reply for your CS inquiry within ‘Spam’

- Remove the ‘Spam’ settings from the email
